What does the audit cost? +

The audit is fixed-price: €4,000. It includes interviews, process mapping, and a written strategy. Implementations are priced separately before each engagement, around €150/h.

How long does the audit take? +

About two weeks from the first call to the finished strategy. First implementations are typically live within a few days.
